1. Transportation of dogs, cats, pet bird and other tame animals made with the consent of the carrier. 3. Animals trained to assist public officials, rescue teams and passengers – the disabled and their accompanying such persons, rescue teams, or disabled, are transported free of charge together with the cells and food in addition to the corresponding free baggage allowance.
4. All animals are accepted for carriage on condition that passenger assumes full responsibility for the animal and the necessary permits, certificates, etc. Carrier is not liable for injury, loss, delay, sickness or death of the animal if it is refused entry or transit through any country, state or territory, except when this damage occurred as a result of willful misconduct or gross negligence of the carrier.
